Our representative in your country will guide you through the entire process.
3. RECEIPT OF APPLICATION AND ADMISSION REVIEW

Admission decisions typically take 5-10 business days (and up to 21-30 business days for postgraduate applicants).
4. ACCEPTANCE OFFER
You will initially be notified by email of your acceptance by the university to our Global Pathways program. Once you provide the necessary original documentation (original financial forms, test scores, and other details) for us to complete your application, then an acceptance package will be mailed to you that will include your official Admission Letter by the university and a Form I-20, which is required for your student visa application.
5. DEPOSIT AND CONFIRMATION
To secure your place for the Global Pathways program, you will be required to pay a deposit of USD $1000 within 30 days of receiving your acceptance notification, before official university Admission Letter and the Form I-20 can be released to you. Payment can be made by bank draft, electronic transfer or credit card. NOTE: This deposit is only refundable if you are denied visa (written proof by US consul required).
6. BEGIN YOUR VISA APPLICATION PROCESS
With your Form I-20, you can begin your F-1 student visa application and register an appointment to meet with your local US embassy or consulate for a visa interview. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for your F-1 student visa to be processed by your local US embassy or consulate.

Once you have secured your visa, you will be required to pay the balance of your tuition and fees for the Global Pathways program 30 days prior to your arrival in the USA to start your program. Payment can be made by bank draft, electronic transfer or credit card. NOTE: A portion of your tuition payment is refundable if you cancel (please see the Terms and Condition section of the brochure for details).
8. PRE-ARRIVAL GUIDE AND HOUSING
Pre-Arrival Guide will be distributed to you that outline important dates such as when you can move in to housing, the orientation schedule, and when classes start so you can plan your flight accordingly. If you need assistance with housing, we can help arrange for you live in one of our Global Pathways residence halls or with a local host family. Airport transfers can also be arranged in advance to your arrival for our program.

The orientation program is mandatory and will help you get a head start on life at our top ranked American university. We will register your arrival status in SEVIS, help you get your class schedule, introduce you to your academic advisor, and take you on a campus and city tour. The orientation program is important in registering you to start your courses on time and confirming your attendance for immigrations.
